REFUND AND EXCHANGE
Exchange of the items is accepted within 3 days from purchase with the item and packaging in original condition. In case of a return, our Non-Refund Policy allows for a credit note to be offered which expires in 3 months. We are unable to process returns and exchanges online, if you wish to return or exchange your order, you must contact us by email on contact@kemet.ae with your order number then our sales team will assist you to send the item back to us. Promotions items are NOT eligible for return or exchange. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer care team by emailing us on contact@kemet.ae

UAE SHIPMENTS 
We offer free shipping for orders within the UAE. Same day delivery is available within Dubai only. Orders placed before 12 pm will be delivered on the next day. orders placed after 12 pm will be delivered within two working days. Please bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.
For other emirates of UAE, the estimated delivery time will be between 3-4 working days, depending on the delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We offer Standard Delivery (90 AED):
We will deliver your parcel within 5-6 business days, excluding customs processing times. During high season, delivery might take a little longer. Please note that KEMET is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at Customs.

IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Please note the prices on KEMET do not include local sales taxes or VAT. If the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, extra fees might be applied for import taxes and customs duties upon delivery. KEMET does not compensate for these charges.
