1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE) – All Emirates

  • GCC Countries – Including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar (optional – remove if not applicable)

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM (UAE time) may be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Within UAE:

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Express/Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas (e.g., Dubai or Abu Dhabi) for an additional fee

GCC Countries:

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

International Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or courier delays.

  • COD is available within the UAE only.

  • We will attempt redelivery (if applicable)

  • You may be responsible for additional delivery charges

  • Orders returned to us will be refunded (excluding shipping & COD fees)

  • Quiqup / Jeebly / Local UAE couriers (customize as needed)

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their local authorities. Kemet is not liable for these charges or delays caused by customs.
